Hearth Restaurant

A highly crafted and resourceful renovation.

Renovations to the front of house dining experience in the existing restaurant space of the Remai Modern to accommodate Hearth Restaurant.

Working primarily with finishes, lighting, and furnishings we were able to transform the space up from being a cold and sterile cafeteria experience to one of warmth and fine dining. The dining experience is elevated with craft and resourcefulness in mind complete with new wood table tops utilizing reclaimed local elm trees - a resource that is often left discarded with the growing Dutch elm disease in our region.
