A mid-density development driven by public transit.

This mixed use development in Saskatoon embodies the spirit of development oriented to public transit. Located on a primary intersection for Bus Rapid Transit, this project is a glimpse into the future of corridor development in the city. Rejuvenating this empty lot with a mix of commercial retail and mid-density residential units, this project breathes life into the streetscape. The design extends and activates the public spaces with generous sidewalks, transparent and welcoming storefronts, and the residential facades animate the building through the subtle push and pull of living spaces.
